During sivasana we will be lulled into a peaceful rest with sound bowls
 played by Jacq.
Come move, breathe & unwind with us! Class is held under the canopy beside the Inn so will happen rain or shine.

Candlelight Yoga & Sound Bath

Give yourself time to pause, breathe & unwind during this holiday season!
You will be guided through pranayama & slow, gentle movement followed by
a sound bath that will guide you into a deep state of relaxation. 
Singing bowls create sounds & vibrations that are soothing to the nervous system & encourage complete tranquility. 

Gentle hands on assists, which are completely optional,
will be offered throughout class & at the beginning of the sound bath.

Spa Night In

Host a Spa Event at your house with family/friends! It’s a unique way to celebrate birthdays, showers or a Girls Night Out (In) or for no reason at all. Past clients have had Sunday Brunch with coffee/tea or Happy Hour with apps & cocktails. You’ll have time to chat, laugh & catch up while taking turns to step away for your own individual massage.

Spa night package

  • $75 home visit fee waived with a minimum of Four 30 minute massages or Three 45 or 60 minute massages

  • 30 minute massages $65/each; 45 minute massages $90/each; 60 minute massages $115/each

  • Guests will receive 10% off their next massage

  • Hostess will receive 15% off their next massage

Chair Massage

For parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events or employee appreciation!

Add a special touch for your guests at your next party. I’ll bring a massage chair, essential oils and music to set up in a separate space to provide your guests with a few minutes to destress and unwind. Chair massage sessions are customized to fit your event.
